■ Description

This is our new product released in 2020. The bottle body is based on traditional Chinese vermilion. The body is the base body of the 2013 Jinshagu liquor, which is blended with the flavoring liquor of the 90s. Red in Chinese traditional culture means elegance, auspiciousness, celebration and good luck. This liquor is suitable for festive gifts, weddings and banquets. It is a century-old Shenchu collection of liquors, to respect you five blessings and a complete life.

■ Tips

Other flavor liquors are fermented in a pit. Our Jinshagu liquor has to go through two kinds of fermentation, namely, open fermentation and closed fermentation. We call it yin and yang fermentation, and open fermentation is yang fermentation and also called aerobic fermentation. By adding steamed sorghum (later called distiller's grains, fermented glutinous rice) into the koji for cooling, accumulation and fermentation, and fully network the beneficial microorganisms in the surrounding environment, it is the fermentation that produces aroma.

Closed fermentation, also known as negative fermentation or anaerobic fermentation, is the fermentation of distiller's grains with pit mud enclosed in pits after positive fermentation. It is the fermentation of liquor.

Q: What is the relationship between your brand and Moutai?

A: We are two different brands of sauce and liquor in China. Liu Kaiting, the first liquormaker of "Shenchu Shaofang", the predecessor of Jinsha gu liquor, is a medicinal composer of Moutai Distillery, so it is of the same origin as the national liquor.
